DG FastChannel To REPORT 2007 FOURTH Quarter RESULTS,

HOST Conference Call AND WEBCAST on February 19, 2008

DALLAS, TX – February 15, 2008 – DG FastChannel, Inc. (NASDAQ: DGIT) announced today that it will report its 2007 fourth quarter financial results before the market opens on Tuesday, February 19, 2008. The Company will host a conference call and webcast at 10:30 a.m. EST that morning to review the results.
